UK-based retailer END. clothing continues to uphold its purpose of educating while inspiring with a "Past – Present – Future" Consortium Cup series. For its premiere entry, it pages back through the history of textile design to the tapestries of ancient times, and fashions new from old with this OG Samba, an homage to the craftsmanship of bygone eras. The silhouette juxtaposes pieces of the past together from a range of different times and places. The three-stripes, heel tab, tongue lining and insock all channel handcrafted, geometric tapestries, while the t-toe overlay has been aged with the "golden fiber" of antiquity in jute. The upper is fashioned from premium suede and a sewing needle and thread graphic is the final touch in honour of ancient textile artisanship.
